Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 5, Parish of Matata, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua, on Friday, the 8th day of July, 1910, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be leased to Harry Robert Burt, of Matata, farmer, for a period of forty-two years, at an annual rental for the first twenty-one years of fifteen pounds (£15), and for the second twenty-one years of thirty pounds (£30), with the right of purchase at any time during the currency of the said lease for the sum of four pounds (£4) per acre.’’
Dated at Rotorua, this 14th day of June, 1910.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Ngatipahiko B No. 3c No. 11 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua, on Friday, the 8th day of July, 1910, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution, viz. :—
“ That the said land be leased to John Anderson Brown, of Te Puke, farmer, for a period of twenty-one years, at an annual rental, payable in advance, of 5 per centum on the unimproved value of the land according to Government valuation; but in no case shall the rental be less than 1s. per acre per annum.’’

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Pukaingataru B No. 9 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua, on Friday, the 8th day of July, 1910, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be leased to John Potiki, of Te Puke, labourer, for a period of twenty-one years, at an annual rental, payable in advance, of 5 per centum on the unimproved value of the land according to Government valuation; but in no case shall the said rental be less than 3s. per acre per annum.’’

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Okoheriki No. 2c Section 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua, on Friday, the 8th day of July, 1910, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be leased to William Henry Young, of Rotorua, settler, for a period of twenty-five years, with the right of renewal for twenty-five years, at an annual rental of £8 10s. for the first term of twenty-five years, and £30 for the second term of twenty-five years.’’

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Mangatokerau No. 2b Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Hall, Tolaga Bay, on Tuesday, the 19th day of July, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be offered for lease by public tender, for a period of twenty-one years, at an annual rental of not less than 5 per cent. on the present Government capital value, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years.’’
