Land in Block V, Patutahi Survey District, taken for the Purposes of a Post-office.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for the purposes of a post-office:
And whereas an agreement for the taking of the estate in fee-simple of the said land has been entered into, and it has been made to appear to my satisfaction that such agreement is sufficient for the purposes intended to be effected thereby:
And whereas a plan has been prepared in duplicate showing accurately the position and extent of the said land, and the Minister of Public Works has recommended that this Proclamation should be issued:
Now, therefore, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities in me vested by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a post-office as aforesaid; and it is hereby declared that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work, to wit, for the purposes of a road in Block V, Pencarrow Survey District:
And whereas the Hutt County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect from and after the thirtieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for a Further Portion of the Gisborne–Rotorua Railway (Otoko Section).

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, it is enacted that if at any time after the issue or making of any Proclamation taking land under the Public Works Act, 1908, and before the payment or award of any compensation in respect of the taking thereof, it is found that any error in form or substance exists in, or in relation to that Proclamation, the Governor may, by a subsequent Proclamation gazetted, revoke the former Proclamation, either wholly or so far as he thinks necessary:
And whereas it is found that the hereinafter-mentioned part of Section 2, Block IV, Ngatapa Survey District, taken for a further portion of the Gisborne–Rotorua Railway (Otoko Section) by a Proclamation made under the Public Works Act, 1908, dated the twenty-seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nine (hereinafter termed “the said Proclamation”), and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 100, of the second day of the following month, is incorrectly described: And whereas compensation in respect of the taking of the said land has not been paid or awarded:
