Trustees for the Taneatua Public Cemetery appointed.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

All that area in the Whakatane County, Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Allotment No. 332, Parish of Waimana, commencing at the south-eastern corner of Allotment No. 331, Parish of Waimana. Bounded towards the north-east and south-east by Allotment No. 342 of the aforesaid parish, 709·2 and 1410 links respectively; towards the south-west by a public road 100 links wide, 709·2 links; and towards the north-west by Allotment No. 331 aforesaid, 1410 links, to the point of commencement: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1640, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. |

Urewera District Native Reserve.—Removal and Appointments to General Committee.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by section twelve of the Urewera District Native Reserve Amendment Act, 1909, it is enacted that the Governor may at any time, for any reason which he thinks fit, remove any member of the said General Committee, and may appoint in his place, or in the place of any other member who has in any manner vacated his office, such other person, being the owner of land subject to the principal Act, as he thinks fit, and that every such appointment shall be published in the Kahiti, and shall take effect as from the date of that publication thereof:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me as aforesaid, do hereby remove and appoint members of the said General Committee as follows:—
PAORA KINGI, appointed in place of Te Paora Tango-hau, deceased;
AKUHATA TE HIKO, appointed in place of Hori Aterea, removed;
TEEPA KOURA, appointed in place of Mehaka Ruka, removed;
RUA KENANA, appointed in place of Rakuraku Rehua, removed; and
WIREMU TE TUREWA, appointed in place of Te Pairi Tuterangi, removed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
