NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SURNAME.

I, OTTO EDWIN JACKSON, heretofore called and known by the name of “Otto Edwin Isaacson,” of Gisborne, in New Zealand, General Labourer, hereby give notice that by a deed poll dated the 17th day of May, 1910, duly executed and attested, and filed in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Gisborne, on or about the 17th day of May, 1910, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of “Isaacson,” and declared that I had assumed and adopted, and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe, the name of “Otto Edwin Jackson” instead of “Otto Edwin Isaacson,” and so as to be at all times hereafter called, known, and described by my name of “Otto Edwin Jackson” exclusively.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by WILLIAM IRVING and GEORGE WOODHAM, under the firm of “Conroy and Co.,” at Napier, in the trade or business of Butchers, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, and that the business will in future be carried on by George Woodham alone, who will pay and receive all moneys owing by and to the said firm.
