THOMAS MUSSELL FLEETWOOD, of New Plymouth,
to be the Returning Officer to conduct the first election of the Commissioners of the Town District of St. Aubyn, County of Taranaki, as constituted under the Town Boards Act, 1908; also to appoint Saturday, the 11th day of June, 1910, to be the date, and the West End School Gymnasium, South Road, New Plymouth, to be the place, at which such first election shall be held; and also to appoint Monday, the 13th day of June, 1910, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, to be the time, and the said West End School Gymnasium, South Road, to be the place, at which the first meeting of the said Commissioners shall be held.
