Additional Land in Nelson Haven taken for the Purposes of the Nelson-Greymouth Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Nelson-Greymouth Railway to take further land in Nelson Haven, in addition to land previously acquired for the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Nelson Haven in the Nelson Harbour Board Endowment, containing by admeasurement 12 acres 2 roods 3 perches, more or less. Commencing at the northernmost corner of the area taken for the purposes of the Nelson-Greymouth Railway (Proclamation dated the 15th day of October, 1909, and published in the New Zealand Government Gazette of the 21st October, 1909, page 2614), and bounded by that area and a portion of the area taken for the purposes of the said railway by Proclamation dated the 10th day of February, 1903, and published in the New Zealand Government Gazette of the 19th February, 1903, page 494, along a line bearing 218° 39' 20", 1339.4 links; thence by lines as follows—308° 39′ 20″, 60.6 links; 38° 39' 20", 1400 links ; 128° 39' 20", 1695.6 links; and 218° 39' 20", 957.6 links, to a point on the boundary of the area taken and last above mentioned: thence bounded by that area along the lines as follows—344° 2', 101.1 links; 73° 45', 12.4 links; 348° 26', 137.6 links; 324° 51', 149.9 links; 318° 17', 111.1 links; 220° 39', 88.4 links; 307° 19', 393.6 links; 321° 1', 626.1 links, to the southernmost corner of the area taken first above mentioned : thence bounded by that area along the following lines to the commencing-point—38° 39' 20", 643.4 links ; and 308° 39' 20", 192.4 links: be all the aforesaid bearings and linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked W.R. 17861, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eighteenth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:
And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road in Mawheranui Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
