APPLICATION FOR LICENSE FOR A FLOOD-RACE.

To the Warden of the Otago Mining District, at Roxburgh.

PURSUANT to the Mining Act, 1908, the undersigned, the Teviot-Molyneux Gold-mining Company (Limited), of Dunedin, hereby applies for a license for a flood-race as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.

Date and number of miner’s right: 21st April, 1910; No. 76439.

Address for service: Care of Messrs. Hutton and McKean, Solicitors, Clyde.

Dated at Clyde, this 26th day of April, 1910.

Locality of the race and of its starting and terminal points: Above Hercules Flat, near Roxburgh, starting in Cockburn’s Gully about 6 chains above the crossing of the old Perseverance Company’s fluming, crossing the freehold and leasehold lands occupied by George Cockburn and the land occupied by Thomas Rae, and terminating in flood-race held in trust for Applicant, under License No. 1268R, at a point just above the culvert across the Miller’s Flat Road.
