IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 15 of the Land Act, 1908, I, Joseph George Ward, Minister of Lands, do hereby authorise the laying-off of Oswald and George Streets, in the Town of Gisborne Extension No. 5. Hawke’s Bay Land District, of a width of not less than 66 ft. each, instead of 99 ft.
