Station F (Kawai-o-tawaki); thence by a right line to the junction of the Ohotu-Karioi Road and Junction Road; thence by Junction Road to the Oruakukuru-Karioi Road; thence by the last-mentioned road to the Otiranui Road; thence by that road to the western boundary of Otiranui No. 2 Block; thence by the western boundaries of Otiranui Nos. 2 and 3 Blocks to the northernmost corner of the latter block; thence by a right line to the confluence of the Makaranui and Mangawhero Streams; thence by the latter stream to the Toanui Stream; thence by the Toanui Stream to the south-western boundary of the Urewera Block; thence by part of the south-western and by the north-western boundary of that block to the Mangaturuturu Stream; thence by that stream to the Tongariro National Park; thence by the western boundary of the said park to the Mangahuia Stream; thence by that stream and the Whakapapa River to a point due south of Taurewa Trig. Station, in Block V, Tongariro Survey District; and thence by a right line running due north to the place of commencement.
RAETIHI DISTRICT.
All that area in the Wellington Land District bounded towards the north by the 39th parallel of south latitude, from the Wanganui River to a point due north of Taurewa Trig. Station, in Block V, Tongariro Survey District; thence towards the east by a right line running due south through the said trig. station to the Whakapapa River; thence by that river and the Mangahuia Stream to the western boundary of the Tongariro National Park; thence by that boundary to the Mangaturuturu Stream; thence by that stream to the north-western corner of the Urewera Block; thence by the north-western and part of the south-western boundaries of that block to the Toanui Stream; thence by that stream to its confluence with the Mangawhero Stream; thence by the Mangawhero Stream to its confluence with the Makaranui Stream; thence by a right line to the northernmost corner of Otiranui No. 3 Block; thence by the western boundaries of the Otiranui Nos. 3 and 2 Blocks to the Otiranui Road; thence by that road to the Oruakukuru-Karioi Road; thence by the last-mentioned road to Junction Road; thence by Junction Road to the Ohotu-Karioi Road; thence by a right line to Trig. Station F (Kawai-o-tawaki); thence by the summit of the range southwards to Field’s Track; thence towards the south generally by Field’s Track to the Rangitatau Stream; thence by the Rangitatau Stream to the Mangawhero River; thence by the Mangawhero River to the northern boundary of the Tauakira Block; thence by the Tauakira Block to the Wanganui River; and thence towards the west by the Wanganui River to the place of commencement.
And I hereby declare that this Proclamation shall come into operation on the second day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Amending the Regulations for Trout-fishing in the Buller Acclimatisation District.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of April, 1910.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 84, of the thirtieth day of the same month, regulations were made for trout-fishing in the Buller Acclimatisation District:
And whereas by Order in Council dated the twenty-eighth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 9, of the tenth day of the following month, an amendment was made to the said regulations of the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven:
And whereas it is desirable to revoke the said recited regulations in so far as they relate to the fees to be charged for licenses to take trout in the said district, and to make other regulations in lieu thereof:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section eighty-three of “The Fisheries Act, 1908,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke clauses numbers one and two of the said regulations of the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven, and the whole of the said Order in Council of the twenty-eighth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, and in lieu thereof doth make the following regulations for the said district:—
REGULATIONS.

Any holder of a license as hereinafter mentioned may fish for trout with one rod and line, and may use a landing-net to secure any trout caught with such rod and line, in the County of Buller, together with all town districts and boroughs therein, and the waters thereof, from the 1st day of October in any one year to the last day of April in the following year, both inclusive. Such licenses will be issued under the hand of the honorary secretary of the Buller Acclimatisation Society, and for every such license a fee of 10s. shall be charged: Provided that it shall not be obligatory upon the said honorary secretary to issue a license.: Provided, further, that it shall be lawful for the said honorary secretary to issue licenses for the whole season to women for the sum of 5s. each, and to youths under the age of eighteen years for the sum of 5s. each.

The honorary secretary of the said society may issue day licenses within the district aforesaid on payment of a fee of 1s. for each day’s fishing.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a Government road.
