grounded objections to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections
in writing, and send the same, within forty days from the
first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the
Council Chambers, Kenilworth Street, Waipawa.
THE SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land, containing 44 acres 3 roods 10 perches,
situate upon the Waipawa River bed opposite to Blocks 16,
56, 57, and 58, Patangata District, and shown upon a Public
Works plan deposited in the Survey Office at Napier, under
No. 297, a copy of which plan is lodged for inspection at the
Town Clerk’s office, Waipawa.

NOTICE.
WE hereby give notice that the Partnership hitherto
existing between us in the business of the Club
Café in Queen Street, Masterton, and of the same business
previously known as the Club Hotel, is dissolved as from
this date. The undersigned Thomas James Porter retains
all assets and pays all liabilities of the partnership.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following entry has
been made in the minute-book of the PATEA FREEZ-
ING COMPANY (LIMITED), and that such entry has been
signed by three-fourths of the members holding in the
aggregate three-fourths of the shares in the capital of the
said company, namely:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that
Mr. E. C. HORNER, of Patea, be appointed Liquidator.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately
existing between ALFRED OSCAR OTTO and ALEXANDER
CLEVELAND MCARTHUR has been dissolved as from this date
by mutual consent, and that the business lately carried on
by them will in future be carried on by the said Alfred Oscar
Otto, as late Otto, McArthur, and Co. All claims against
the late firm must be made to Mr. M. G. McArthur, Solicitor,
Premier Buildings, within seven days from this date.

In the matter of the Patea Freezing Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-
named company are required, on or before the 22nd
day of May, 1910, to send their names and addresses, with
particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and
addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the undersigned,
Edward Charles Horner, of Patea, the Liquidator of the said
company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the
said Liquidator, are by their solicitors to come in and prove
their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be
specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be
excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before
such debts are proved.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
existing between WILLIAM WALTER VAUGHAN and SID-
NEY MAURICE VAUGHAN, trading under the style or firm of
“Vaughan Brothers,” Sheep-farmers, Amberley, has this
day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to the
partnership will be receivable by the said Sidney Maurice
Vaughan, by whom all liabilities of the late firm will be
