Act to amend “The Patents Act, 1903.”

THIS Act, assented to on the 13th December last, provides for—
Extension of Act to Papua,
Recovery of costs,
Single patent for cognate inventions,
Patents of addition,
Restoration of lapsed patents,
Grant of patent in lieu of patent revoked on ground of fraud,
Revocation of patent where invention is not worked to an adequate extent in the Commonwealth,
Avoidance of certain conditions attached to sale, &c., of patented articles,
Remedy in case of groundless threats of legal proceedings,
Devolution of patents,
Etc..

Copies may be seen at the Patent Office, Wellington, and at the local Patent Offices, Auckland, Christchurch, and Dunedin.
