NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned ERNEST MORFEE and JOHN WHITEHEAD, carrying on business as Bakers and Grocers, at Number 97 Aro Street, Wellington, under the style of “Morfee and Whitehead,” was on the 12th day of February, 1910, dissolved by mutual consent. THE EXCELSIOR BOOT-MANUFACTURING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Excelsior Boot-manufacturing Company (Limited), held at the registered office of the company, situate at the corner of Madras and Lichfield Streets, on Friday, the 18th day of February instant, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that ALFRED TYREE, of Christchurch, Merchant, and A. E. BUSHELL, of Christchurch, Accountant, be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up, without remuneration.
