NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the 24th November, 1910, the following resolution was passed, and the same was confirmed at a subsequent meeting held on the 8th December, 1910 :—

“ That the New Zealand Automatic Gate Company be wound up voluntarily.”

In the matter of the Waiakake Land and Timber Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company in Featherston Street, Wellington, on the 15th day of November, 1910, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on Wednesday, the 30th day of November, 1910, the following resolution was duly confirmed, namely :—

“ That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that GEORGE THOMAS MASON, of Wellington, Company’s Secretary, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the Niagara Sawmilling Company (Limited) held at the registered office of the company, Esk Street, Invercargill, on the 30th day of November, 1910, the following resolution was submitted and carried :—

“ That as the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, it is advisable to wind it up, and that it be wound up forthwith.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between ALEXANDER HENDERSON WALLACE and HENRY GEORGE GIBSON, trading in Willis Street, Wellington, as Mercers, under the style or firm of “Wallace and Gibson,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 3rd day of December, 1910. The business will be carried on as hitherto by the said ALEXANDER HENDERSON WALLACE, who will pay all debts owing by and receive all accounts due to the late firm.

NOTICE is hereby given of the retirement, as from the 18th day of October, 1910, of DENNIS RYAN from the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, JOHN RYAN, DENNIS RYAN, and MICHAEL ANDREW RYAN, in the business of Contractors and Builders, carried on by them at Maniaia, in the Provincial District of Taranaki, under the style of “Ryan and Sons”; and that the said partnership business will be continued by the said JOHN RYAN and MICHAEL A. RYAN, under the style of “Ryan and Son.”
