Removal of Order forbidding Money-order and Postal Correspondence for the Watworth Company, Sydney.

THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the company whose name and address are shown in the Schedule hereunder is no longer engaged in advertising the treatment of diseases of the sexual organs, hereby rescinds the order made under section 28 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, on the 21st day of November, 1910, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 24th day of November, 1910, forbidding that any money-order in favour of such company shall be issued, and that any postal packet addressed to the said company (either by its own or any fictitious or assumed name), or to the manager, secretary, or other officer thereof, or addressed to the address in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered, forwarded, or delivered by the Post Office of New Zealand, and orders that such money-orders shall be issued, and that such postal packets shall be registered, forwarded, and delivered in the usual course.

Notice of Intention to take Land in the City of Wellington for a Post-office.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a post-office at Wellington, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Public Works Office at Wellington, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.

In the Land District of Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 27772, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Notice of the Taking and Laying-off of a Road in Blocks IV and VIII, Waioeka Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, under the authority of section 93 of the Public Works Act, 1908, that the road described in the Schedule hereto was, on the 13th day of June, 1910, duly taken and laid off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said Dominion, by Warrant dated the 18th day of January, 1910.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Sunnyside Mental Hospital. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Resident Engineer, Public Works Department, Christchurch, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a Native school in Block XV, Taramarama Survey District, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Frasertown, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.
