DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between WILLIAM ERNEST OLSEN and ARTHUR RICHARD THOMAS, lately carrying on business in Ashburton as Builders under the style of “Olsen and Thomas,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. Dated this 1st day of December, 1910.

MEDICAL REGISTRATION.

I, STEPHEN GALT TRAIL, M.B., Mast. Surg. 1910, Univ. Aberdeen, now residing in Wellington, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 4th January next to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar-General.

THE GREYMOUTH BRICK COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a General Meeting of the above-named company will be held at the Liquidator’s office, Mackay Street, Greymouth, on Tuesday, the 10th day of January, 1911, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Masterton County Council, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to take for the purposes of a site for a roadman’s dwelling all that piece of land containing 4 acres, being parts of Mangaraki No. 2 and (81N) Te Ngutukoko No. 3, situate in Block XI, Otahoua Survey District, in the Land District of Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 244/31, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Land District of Wellington, and thereon edged pink.

A plan of the land proposed to be taken is open for inspection during business hours at the office of the Masterton County Council, No. 36 Chapel Street, Masterton.

All persons affected are hereby required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objection to the taking of the said land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Masterton County Council at the address named.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership for some time past carried on by us in the business of Jewellers and Watchmakers at Auckland and New Plymouth, under the style of “Skeates Bros.,” has been dissolved as from the sixteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and ten; and henceforth the said business shall be carried on at the places aforesaid by Alfred M. Skeates only.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between HERBERT JOHN BROWNLEE and ERNEST WILLIAM GRENFELL, carrying on business as Architects at Gisborne under the style or firm of “Brownlee and Greenfell,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 30th day of November, 1910. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said HERBERT JOHN BROWNLEE, who will continue to carry on the said business in his own name.
