DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between HENRY CHARLES FERGUSSON and FREDERICK NASH, of Waimate, Painters, formerly carrying on business as “Fergusson and Nash,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from this day.
All debts owing to the Partnership must be paid to the said FREDERICK NASH, who takes over and will continue to carry on the business of “Fergusson and Nash,” and will discharge all the liabilities of the late firm.

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1908; and in the matter of the taking by the Kairanga County Council, under the said Act, of part of Section 88, Block II, Arawaru Survey District, for the purpose of a public road.
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the powers vested in local authorities by and of the provisions contained in the Public Works Act, 1908, the Kairanga County Council, a County Council incorporated under the Counties Act, and having its office in the buildings occupied by Messrs. Rutherford and Connell, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, intends, at the expiration of forty days from the 8th day of December, 1910, being the date of first publication of this notice, to take under the Public Works Act, 1908, that piece or parcel of land more particularly described in the Schedule hereunder written, as shown on a plan of the said piece of land coloured pink, which said plan is deposited in the office of the said Kairanga County Council, and open for inspection there and at the store of Mr. A. H. Beckett, at Linton, of all persons at all reasonable hours.
The works proposed to be executed by the said County Council are the formation of a road so as to continue the road known as “Hewitt’s Road” to a point abutting on the boundary between Sections 88 and 112, Block II, Arawaru Survey District.
And take notice that all persons affected by the construction of the said work or the taking of the said land are required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objection to the execution of such works or to the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the said 8th day of December, 1910, to the Kairanga County Council.
