SCHEDULE.
GLENORCHY DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 23 acres and 37 perches, more or less, being Section 1, Block XX, Town of Glenorchy. Bounded towards the north generally by a road reserve along Lake Wakatipu, towards the south-east by Cantyre Street and by Mull Street, and towards the south-west by Oban Street; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1417/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Waione Domain.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of December, 1910.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the tenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and one, powers were delegated to the Waione Domain Board for a period of ten years:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

BENJAMIN LAWRENCE MALMANCHE,
EDWARD WILLIAM CLEMENS,
WILLIAM EDWARD WEEDS, and
GORDON CHATFIELD,
as from the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and ten, to be the Waione Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the fourteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse, Waione, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

WAIONE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres, more or less, being Section No. 14, Block III, Mount Cerberus Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 1, towards the south-east by the Alfredton-Weber Road, and towards the north-west by Section No. 2; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1059, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Consenting to closing Roads in Blocks VI and X, Halswell Survey District, Selwyn County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of December, 1910.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by subsection (a) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped, and such road shall not be deemed to be stopped, until the consent thereto of the Governor by Order in Council gazetted is obtained:
And whereas the Tai Tapu Road Board has applied for such consent in respect to the roads described in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Tai Tapu Road Board closing the roads mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Recreation Reserves in Otago Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of December, 1910.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of Wanaka Islands Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Wanaka Islands Domain Board.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 2 roods 17 perches, more or less, being Section No. 29, Block XIV, Lower Wanaka Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a road-line which bounds Lake Wanaka, 1967 links; towards the east by a road-line, 1185 links; towards the south-west by a road-line, 2163 links.
Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres and 13 perches, situate in the Town of Pembroke, and being sections numbered respectively 1, 2, 3, 4 of Block XIV; and Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block XV; Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, Block XVI; and Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, Block XVII, of said town. Bounded towards the north-west by Dunganon Street, 1581·5 links, also by Section 7 of Block XVI, 200 links; towards the north-east by Macdougall Street, 1000 links; towards the south-east by Brownstown Street, 1581·5 links, also by Section 7 of Block XVI, 200 links; towards the south-west by Stone Street, 875 links, also by Section 7, Block XVI, 125 links; and intersected by Dunmore and Connor Streets, each 100 links wide.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on the plan marked L. 1172, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
