of Section No. 54, Block IV, Wyndham Survey District, Southland Land District, in the Warrants of the twenty-first day of July and fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and ten, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 71, of the twenty-eighth day of July, and No. 82, of the eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and ten, respectively, reserving the land for railway purposes; and it is expedient to cancel the said notifications in so far as they relate to Section No. 54, Block IV, Wyndham Survey District, aforesaid.
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Warrants of the twenty-first day of July and fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and ten, in so far as they relate to the said Section No. 54, Block IV, Wyndham Survey District, and do declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart as a reserve for railway purposes, being the land intended to be reserved by the said notifications.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres and 38 perches, more or less, being Section 54, Block IV, Wyndham Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 7 in the said block; towards the east and south by Section 30 in the said block; and towards the west by the Edendale-Glenham Railway: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5417/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Land temporarily reserved for a Site for a Public School in the Hawke’s Bay Land District.

ISLINGTON, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a public school.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No. 18, Block XII, Norsewood Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 14, Block XII, Norsewood Survey District; towards the north-east by Kumeti Road; towards the south-east by Sections 40 and 41 of said Block XII; and towards the south-west by Section 14 aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5465/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 8·3 perches, more or less, being Section No. 1, Block V, Town of Kaitieke. Bounded towards the north by a road and river-bank reserve; towards the south-east by Section No. 35, Block X, Kaitieke Survey District; towards the south-west by Marama Street; and towards the north-west by Poa Street. For a rubbish reserve.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 1, Block III, Town of Kaitieke. Bounded towards the north-west by Mania Street; towards the north-east by Main Street; towards the south-east by Section No. 2, Block III, Town of Kaitieke; and towards the south-west by Section No. 9, Block III aforesaid. For a site for a post-office.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 18, Block VI, Town of Kaitieke. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 17, Block VI, Town of Kaitieke; towards the north-east by Section No. 7 of said Block VI; towards the south-east by Section No. 19, Block VI aforesaid; and towards the south-west by Main Street. For a site for a public hall and mechanics’ institute.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being Section No. 9, Block VII, Town of Kaitieke. Bounded towards the north-west by Taru Street; towards the north-east by Section No. 10, Block VII, Town of Kaitieke; towards the south-east by a road and river-bank reserve; and towards the south-west by Sections Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 of said Block VII. For police purposes.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 1 rood 8 perches, more or less, being Suburban Section No. 2 of the Town of Kaitieke. Bounded towards the north-west by Mania Street, 884·1 links; towards the north-east by Crown land, being a portion of the Kaitieke Township Reserve, 1173·7 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 35, Block X, Kaitieke Survey District, 705·23 links; and towards the south-west generally by a road and river-bank reserve, 334·06, 197, 375·28, 250·04, and 286·45 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a public recreation-ground.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. 5460/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
