NOTICE is hereby given that GEORGE HODGKINSON and BERNARD FAMA, of Patea, Builders, carrying on business in copartnership as Builders at Patea under the style or firm of “Hodgkinson and Fama,” have this day been adjudicated bankrupt, on the petition of Briscoe and Co. (Limited), Wholesale Ironmongers, carrying on business in the City of Wellington; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors, to be held at the Court-house, Patea, on Wednesday, the 30th day of November, 1910, at 11 a.m.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolutions were passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at its registered office on the 25th day of October, 1910, and duly confirmed at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting held at such office on the 15th day of November, 1910:—
- That the company be wound up voluntarily.
- That HENRY DAVID ABBOTT, of Auckland, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

TOKATEA GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above-named company held on the 21st day of October, 1910, the following resolution was passed; and subsequently at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the 18th day of November, 1910, at the company’s office, Auckland, the said resolution was submitted and confirmed as a special resolution:—
“That the Tokatea Gold-mining Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908; and that HENRY JAMES LEE, of Auckland, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
