Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui, on Thursday, the 15th day of December, 1910, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“(1.) That the said land, or a part thereof, be vested in the Board for sale under Part XIV of the said Act; or, in the alternative
“(2.) That the laid land, or part thereof, be vested in the Board for leasing under Part XIV of the said Act; or, in the alternative
“(3.) That the said land, or part thereof, be offered for sale by auction to the highest bidder by the Board as agents for the Native owners; or, in the alternative
“(4). That the said land, or part thereof, be offered for leasing at auction by the Board as agent of the Native owners.'

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohotu 6F No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Friday, the 9th day of December, 1910, at 2.30 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“'That the said land be sold to Linda Marion Glenn, of Wanganui, married woman, for the sum of £1 14s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino A No. 15 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi, on Wednesday, the 14th day of December, 1910, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“'That the land be leased to Joseph Chadwick, jun., and Herbert Stanley Chadwick, both of Wanganui, farmers, for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and at a rental equivalent to 5 per cent. on the unimproved value for the last twenty-one years, but not being less than 1s. 6d. per acre. Usual covenants to be inserted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino A No. 16 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi, on Wednesday, the 14th day of December, 1910, at 12 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“'That the land be leased to Percy Victor Chadwick, of Wanganui, farmer, for the term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and at a rental equivalent to 5 per cent. on the unimproved value for the last twenty-one years, but not less than 1s. 6d. per acre. Usual covenants to be inserted.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino B No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Friday, the 9th day of December, 1910, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“'That the said land be leased to Wilfrid Atkins, of Turakina, farmer, for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the Government unimproved value for the remaining twenty-one years of the said term; and that, in addition to the usual covenants inserted in leases, the lease to contain a covenant that the lessee be paid at the end of the said term compensation for all substantial improvements of a permanent character which are put on the said land during the said term.”
