Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block IX,
Motu Survey District, Waikohu County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder
Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of
the lessee and mortgagees of the Crown land mentioned in
the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waikohu County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the said
land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Motu Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do
hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as
closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto,
which is not required by reason of the road described in the
First Schedule hereto.

more particularly delineated on the plan marked and
coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder,
Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-
Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of
New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued
under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the
Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-
second day of November, in the year of our
Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Additional Land
in Block IV, Tauhoa Survey District, for the Helens-
vile Northwards Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the Public Works Amendment Act,
1909, it is enacted that if at any time after the
issue or making of any Proclamation taking land under
the Public Works Act, 1908, and before the payment or
award of any compensation in respect of the taking
thereof, it is found that any error in form or substance
exists in or in relation to that Proclamation, the Governor
may, by a subsequent Proclamation gazetted, revoke the
former Proclamation either wholly or so far as he thinks
necessary: And whereas it is found that the hereinafter-
mentioned part of certain land in Block IV, Tauhoa Sur-
vey District, taken with other land for the Helensville
Northwards Railway by a Proclamation made under the
Public Works Act, 1908, dated the fifth day of October,
one thousand nine hundred and ten (hereinafter termed
“the said Proclamation”), and published in the New Zea-
land Gazette No. 91, of the thirteenth day of the same
month, is incorrectly described: And whereas compen-
sation in respect of the taking of the said land has not
been paid or awarded:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder,
Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested
in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and
of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, do hereby
revoke so much of the said Proclamation as affects three
perches and five-tenths of a perch (shown coloured yellow
on the plan marked P.W.D. 27462, deposited in the office
of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington), being the
whole of the land firstly mentioned in the Schedule to the
said Proclamation.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder,
Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-
Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of
New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued
under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the
Government House, at Wellington, this seven-
teenth day of November, in the year of our
Lord, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Portion of the Ngahere-Blackball Railway and for a
Road-diversion in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the Public Works Amendment Act,
1909, it is enacted that if at any time after the
issue or making of any Proclamation taking land under
the Public Works Act, 1908, and before the payment or
award of any compensation in respect of the taking
thereof, it is found that the land or any part thereof is
not required for the purpose for which it was taken, the
Governor may, by a subsequent Proclamation gazetted,
revoke the former Proclamation, either wholly or so far
as he thinks necessary:
And whereas it is found that part of the road and land
in Section 3, Block II, Mawheranui Survey District, taken
for a further portion of the Ngahere-Blackball Railway
and for a road-diversion in connection therewith, by a
Proclamation made under the Public Works Act, 1905,
dated the fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred
and eight (hereinafter termed “the said Proclamation”),
and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 28,
page 1123, of the ninth day of the same month, is not
required for the purposes for which it was taken: And
whereas compensation in respect of the taking of the
whole of the land taken by the said Proclamation has not
been paid or awarded:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder,
Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested
in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of
all other powers enabling me in this behalf, do hereby
revoke the said Proclamation.
