Petition for Incorporation by the Owners of the Waiomatatini and other Blocks.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and its amendments, and of an application by the Native Minister to incorporate the owners of the Waiomatatini and other blocks. At a sitting of the Court held at Tuparoa, before Robert Noble Jones, Judge, and Rawiri Karaha, Assessor, on Thursday, the 2nd day of December, 1909.

UPON reading the application for incorporation lodged herein, and upon hearing all parties who claimed to be heard and the evidence adduced on their behalf, and the Court being satisfied of the consent of the majority of the owners of each of the undermentioned adjoining blocks, and that such blocks can be dealt with to the advantage of the owners thereof by such owners being incorporated as hereinafter appearing, it is ordered that the owners of the blocks of land more particularly described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby constituted a body corporate within the meaning of section 122 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” by the name of “The Proprietors of the Waiomatatini and adjoining blocks,” subject to the powers, liabilities, and incidents conferred or imposed by the said Act, or any amendments thereof. The said lands aggregate about 1,634 acres 2 roods, or thereabouts, and are bounded as follows: Towards the north by Waihouru 1B, Section 5, Crown land, Herupara No. 1, and Tikitiki Block; towards the east by Herenga DL3, Section 1, Crown land, and Herenga L; towards the south and west by Wairoa 2B, 2A, 1B, and 1A, Harongatekahu Pukekahu No. 1, Tutu No. 2, Section 4, Crown land, Waihuka B3, and Mangarara Stream.

And it is hereby ordered and directed that a general meeting of the proprietors of the said block shall be held at Waiomatatini on Saturday, the 29th day of January, 1910, at the hour of 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of nominating a committee to administer the said land, and fixing the number of its members.

And it is hereby further ordered that the committee shall have full power to defray the reasonable costs and expenses consequent upon this incorporation or incidental thereto. And that the title to the said land hereby vested in the corporate body above-named shall be subject to all existing rights, alienations, encumbrances, and contracts affecting the same or any interest therein.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and its amendments and of an application by the Native Minister to incorporate the owners of the Harongatekaahu A and other blocks. At a sitting of the Court held at Tuparoa before Robert Noble Jones, Judge, and Rawiri Karaha, Assessor, on Thursday, the 2nd day of December, 1909.

And it is hereby ordered and directed that a general meeting of the proprietors of the said block shall be held at Waiomatatini on Saturday, the 29th day of January, 1910, at the hour of 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of nominating a committee to administer the said land, and fixing the number of its members.

And it is hereby further ordered that the committee shall have full power to defray the reasonable costs and expenses consequent upon this incorporation or incidental thereto. And that the title to the said land hereby vested in the corporate body above named shall be subject to all existing rights, alienations, encumbrances, and contracts affecting the same or any interest therein.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and its amendments, and of an application by the Native Minister to incorporate the owners of the Totaranui No. 4 Block. At a sitting of the Court held at Waipiro before Robert Noble Jones, Judge, and Rawiri Karaha, Assessor, on Monday, the thirteenth day of December, 1909.

UPON reading the application for incorporation lodged herein, and upon hearing all parties who claimed to be heard and the evidence adduced on their behalf, and the Court being satisfied of the consent of the majority of the owners of the Totaranui No. 4 Block, and that such block can be dealt with to the advantage of the owners thereof by such owners being incorporated as hereinafter appearing, it is ordered that the owners of the said block shall be and the same are hereby constituted a body corporate within the meaning of section 122 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” by the name of “The Proprietors of the Totaranui No. 4 Block,” subject to the powers, liabilities, and incidents conferred or imposed by the said Act or any amendments thereof. The said land contains 145 acres or thereabouts, and is bounded as follows: Towards the north by Totaranui Stream; towards the east by Totaranui Stream; towards the south by Tutuwhinau No. 4; and towards the west by Waihuka Block and Totaranui 3B.

And it is hereby ordered and directed that a general meeting of the proprietors of the said block shall be held at Hohoupounamu, Waipiro, on Monday, the 24th day of January, 1910, at the hour of 8.30 o’clock in the evening, for the purpose of nominating a committee to administer the said land and fixing the number of its members.

And it is hereby further ordered that the committee shall have full power to defray the reasonable costs and expenses consequent upon this incorporation or incidental thereto; and that the title to the said land hereby vested in the corporate body above-named shall be subject to all existing rights, alienations, encumbrances, and contracts affecting the same or any interest therein.
