All in the Land District of Southland; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 25398, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured as above.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this thirty-first day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine.

Amending Part of a Proclamation taking Land for a Road, and closing Road, in Blocks XIII, Makuri, and II, Puketoi Survey Districts, Pahiatua County.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section five of “The Land Act, 1908,” it is therein provided that every Proclamation, Order in Council, and other instrument (whether made under or by virtue of this Act, or of any former Land Act), and all regulations, by-laws, conditions, or rules made by the Governor, the Minister, or any Land Board, may be altered, amended, or revoked from time to time:

And whereas it is necessary to amend a Proclamation issued under the said Act taking land for a road, and closing a road, in Makuri and Puketoi Survey Districts, dated the tenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and hereinafter referred to as “the said Proclamation”:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by the said Act, do hereby alter and amend the said Proclamation by substituting in the Second Schedule thereof the area of “16 acres 2 roods 2·6 perches” in the place of the area “16 acres 1 rood 12 perches.”

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this first day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Block III, Maungatautari Survey District, Matamata County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Matamata County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Maungatautari Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
