NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1908,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one month from the publication hereof.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 43, folio 273, for Allotments 5 and 7, Township of Mount Pleasant, whereof JOHN OUTRAM, late of Dunedin, retired Civil Servant, now deceased, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me to issue a provisional certificate of title for the said land, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional certificate at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title in the name of HARRY BROWN, late of Dipton, Farmer, now deceased, for Section 5, Block II, Town of Dipton, being the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. lvii, folio 256, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as requested unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

I, CHARLES EDWARD NALDER, Assistant Registrar of Companies, do hereby give notice that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder given, by John Feldwick, of Invercargill, Journalist, and Mabel Feldwick, of the same place, Spinster, two of the directors of the Southland Daily News Company (Limited), has been lodged with me, and that, unless notice of objection be lodged with me within sixty days of this date, I shall proceed to declare the said company to be dissolved in manner provided by “The Companies Act, 1908.”
