Regulation and Control of Traffic and Navigation of Picton Harbour.

IT is hereby notified that

JOHN WOOD BURGESS

has, in pursuance of the provisions of subsection (1) of section 6 of “The Harbours Amendment Act, 1908,” been appointed to regulate and control the traffic and navigation of Picton Harbour in such manner as he may deem necessary for the safety of life and property on days on which regattas or boat-races are held in the harbour.

to be a Stipendiary Magistrate within the Dominion of New Zealand; to exercise the ordinary and extended jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court. The appointment to take effect on and from the 1st day of November, 1909.
