NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICE.

Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” by Te Hokio, to amend the order of the Court of the 21st day of October, 1898, appointing successors in the Hapotiki Block to the estate of Hana Tito, deceased, therein.

WHEREAS the above application has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported on: And whereas, by error, the name of Tapahi Tai te Ariki was inserted as the successor to the interest of Hana Tito, deceased:

Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by said section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the said succession order be amended by deleting the name of Tapahi Tai te Ariki as successor, and by substituting in lieu thereof the names of Te Weurangi, f., and Te Hokio Ngahuina, m., in equal shares.
