SCHEDULE.

All that area in Otamatea County, Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres and 21 perches, more or less, being Section No. 245 of the Parish of Mangawai. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road; and towards the south-east, south-west, and north-west by the Mangawai No. 3 Kauri-gum Reserve: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1525/8, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this tenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nine.
