Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought
under Part II of "The Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908."

PLUNKET, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-
third day of August, 1909.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE J. A. MILLAR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the twenty-sixth section of "The Public Reserves
and Domains Act, 1908," I, William Lee, Baron Plunket,
the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for
recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought
under the operation of and declared to be subject to the pro-
visions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall
hereafter form part of Pakuranga Domain, and be managed,
administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 8 perches, more or less,
being Lots Nos. 21 and 22 of Section No. 5 of small lots
near Howick (Block II, Otahuhu Survey District). Bounded
towards the west by Section No. 1, Parish of Pakuranga,
807 links; towards the north by the crossing of a public
road 100 links wide, and by Section No. 63 of the parish
aforesaid, 479 links; towards the east by Lot No. 17, part
of Section No. 5 aforesaid, 497 links, the crossing of the road
aforesaid, and again by that road, 177 links; and towards
the south by Lot No. 19, part of Section No. 5 aforesaid,
576 links; excepting all public road which intersects the area:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same
is delineated on the plan marked L. 48790, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Whangamomona County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-
third day of August, 1909.

THE HONOURABLE J. A. MILLAR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been permanently reserved for a site for a
public pound:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is
expedient to vest the said reserve in the Whangamomona
County Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him
by the fourth section of "The Public Reserves and Domains
Act, 1908," doth hereby declare that, from and after the day
of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the Whangamomona County, in trust,
for a site for a public pound.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by
admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods 35 perches, more or less,
being Subsection 1 of Section No. 43, Block XIV, Pouatu
Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Sec-
tion No. 65, Block XIV, Pouatu Survey District; towards
the south-east by the Ohura Road; towards the south-west
and north-west generally by other part of Section No. 43
aforesaid and the Whangamomona Stream: as the same is
delineated on the plan marked L. 55016/9, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been permanently reserved for gravel purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expe-
dient to vest the said reserve in the Taranaki County
Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in
him by the fourth section of "The Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908," doth hereby declare that, from and
after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in
the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Taranaki County, in
trust, for gravel purposes.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by
admeasurement 30 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Sec-
tions Nos. 139 and 140, Hua District, Block VI, Paritutu
Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by the
Waiwakaiho River, towards the north-east by Section No. 138
of the said district, towards the south-east by Devon Road,
and towards the south-west by Smart Road; as the same is
delineated on the plan marked L. 5252/9, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered green.

Vesting a Drain Reserve in Te Puke Drainage Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-
third day of August, 1909.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE J. A. MILLAR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule
hereto have been permanently reserved for the
purposes of a drain:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is ex-
pedient that the said lands should be vested in Te Puke
Drainage Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him
by the fourth section of "The Public Reserves and Domains
Act, 1908," doth hereby declare that, from and after the day
of the date hereof, the reserve mentioned in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in Te Puke Drainage Board, in
trust, for the purposes of a drain.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being a
drain, 20 ft. wide, running along the northern boundary of
Section No. 2, Block III, Te Tumu Survey District.
Bounded towards the north by Section No. 15, Block III,
Te Tumu Survey District, and Section No. 7, Block IV, of
said district, 2227·5 links; towards the east by Section
No. 7 aforesaid, 42·2 links; towards the south generally
by right lines, 17·1 and 2215·3 links respectively; and
towards the west by Section No. 1, Block III aforesaid,
80·3 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as
the same is delineated and marked A.B. on the plan
marked L. 7206/6, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 1 perch, more or less,
being a drain, 20 ft. wide, intersecting Section No. 6,
Block IV, Te Tumu Survey District; running from a
point on the northern boundary of that section, distant
