(2.) That the shares have been fully paid up.
(3.) That the company has no assets, and has ceased to carry on business.

THE TOKOMARU FREEZING-WORKS SITE BILL.
In the matter of portion of the Tawhiti No. 1A Block and of portion of the Tawhiti No. 1F Block and of a proposed sale thereof to the Tokomaru Sheep-farmers' Freezing Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that at the forthcoming sitting of the House of Representatives for the Dominion of New Zealand application will be made for leave to bring in the above-mentioned private Bill. The objects of the Bill are to vest portions of the said Tawhiti Nos. 1A and 1F Blocks, comprised in a plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office, at Gisborne, under No. 1565, in the Public Trustee, free from all restrictions, in order to carry out an agreement for sale and purchase of the said lands made between the Native owners of the said lands and the Tokomaru Sheep-farmers' Freezing Company (Limited). After such lands have been vested in the Public Trustee he shall, upon having allotted to him shares in the company of a face value equivalent to the amount of the consideration agreed upon as the purchase price of the said lands, transfer the said lands to the company. Upon the interests of the various Native owners being ascertained, the Public Trustee shall apportion and transfer the said shares to the various owners. Copies of the said Bill will be deposited in the office of the Examiner of Standing Orders of the House of Representatives, at Wellington, on or about the 4th day of September, 1909, before the commencement of the session.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned, ALFRED KENNEDY and HARRY BROWN, as Bootmakers, at Onehunga, under the firm of "Kennedy and Brown," has been dissolved as from the 14th August, 1909, by mutual consent.
