Locality of the race and of its starting and terminal points: Commencing at Robert Jones’s dam on James Mee’s Run 226B, running southerly through said run for about 300 yards across a county road, then through Thomas Morgan, Junior’s, leasehold land for about 900 yards, then through Griffith Owen’s leasehold land for about 1,000 yards, then again into said Run 226B for about 30 chains, and terminating on Applicant’s prospecting claim on said run.
Pegs marked J, and trenches cut.
Precise time of marking out privilege applied for: 10 a.m., 19th August, 1909.
Length and intended course of race: 3,000 yards; north to south.
Points of intake: Commencing-point.
Estimated time and cost of construction: Three months; £40.
Mean depth and breadth: 1 ft. 6 in. by 4 ft. wide.
Number of heads to be carried: Five.
Purpose for which water is to be used: Mining.
Proposed term of license: Forty-two years.
