NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Wellington on the 31st day of August, 1909, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” by Peeti Tumango to the Chief Judge of the said Court to amend the order of the Court appointing successors to Hone Tumango, deceased, in Kaiate No. 2A Block.

IT is hereby notified that on inquiry into the application by Peeti Tumango under section 39 aforesaid, it is found that the order of the Court appointing successors to Hone Tumango, deceased, in Kaiate No. 2A Block was made in error:

Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the order of the Court, dated the 26th day of March, 1909, appointing successors to Hone Tumango, deceased, is hereby amended by awarding the interest of the deceased to the undermentioned persons, and in the shares set opposite to their names respectively:—

Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, AUCKLAND DISTRICT.

In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” by Tiritā Ngapine and Tahana Ngapine, for inclusion in and amendment of the order on investigation of title of Maunu No. 1 Block.

WHEREAS the above-mentioned application has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported upon: And whereas by error the names of Tiritā Ngapine and Tahana Ngapine were omitted from the said order of investigation:

Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the original order for the issue of a memorial of the ownership of Maunu No. 1 Block, made on the 19th day of September, 1877, as well as the memorial of ownership itself are hereby amended by adding to the names therein the names of Tiritā Ngapine and Tahana Ngapine; and, further, that the partition order for Maunu in No. 3A South is also hereby amended by adding to the names therein the names of Tiritā Ngapine (f.) and Tahana Ngapine (f.) for one fourth share each respectively, and by deducting one fourth share from each of the two owners named in such partition order respectively.

As witness my hand, this 20th day of August, 1909.
