MINING NOTICES.
In the matter of the New Fourteen-mile Beach Gold-dredging Company (Limited), (in liquidation); and in the matter of “The Companies Act, 1908.”
TAKE notice that, in pursuance of section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1908,” a General Meeting of the New Fourteen-mile Beach Gold-dredging Company (Limited), (in liquidation), will be held at the registered office of the company, 30 Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 31st day of August, 1909, at 4 p.m., for the purpose of having laid before the meeting the account of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing an explanation thereof given by the Liquidator. The company will be asked to declare by extraordinary resolution how the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator, are to be disposed of.

NEW MARATOTO GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the New Maratoto Gold-mining Company (Limited), duly convened, and held at No. 108 Victoria Arcade, Auckland, on the 12th day of July, 1909, the subjoined resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 2nd day of August, 1909, the subjoined resolution was duly confirmed, viz. :—
“That the New Maratoto Gold-mining Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Mining Companies Act, 1904.’ ”
And at the last above-named meeting CHARLES FRANKLIN SANDERS was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

MOEWAI GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
AT an extraordinary meeting of the Moewai Gold-mining Company (Limited) held on the 1st day of February, 1909, the underwritten resolution was carried, and the same was confirmed at a subsequent meeting held on the 18th day of February, 1909:—
That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that JOSEPH BERNARD SHEATH be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the Waihi Beach Gold-mining Company (No Liability), duly convened, and held at the Chamber of Commerce Rooms, Swanson Street, in the City of Auckland, on the 15th day of July, 1909, the subjoined special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 2nd day of August, 1909, the subjoined special resolution was duly confirmed :—
That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily for the purpose of reconstruction; and that Mr. HENRY JAMES LEE, of Auckland, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
