A P R O C L A M A T I O N .

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the lessee and mortgagee of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Takaka County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Totaranui Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Approximate Area of the Parcel of Land proclaimed as a Road. Being Portion of Section Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 0 0 31 22 IV Totaranui P.W.D. 24880 Red.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

A P R O C L A M A T I O N .

WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, under “The Public Works Act, 1908,” for certain works, to wit, for the purpose of roads in Blocks II and III, Opotiki Survey District, Opotiki County:

And whereas the Opotiki County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act :

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the purposes of the said roads.

And whereas the Thames County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said road.
