A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue
of a provisional certificate of title in the name of
the OTURI CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY COMPANY (LI-
MITED) for part Section 336, Okotuku District, being
all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 179, fol. 271,
Wellington Registry, and evidence having been lodged of
the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby
give notice that I will issue the provisional certificate of
title as requested unless caveat be lodged forbidding the
same on or before the 19th day of August, 1909.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.

In the matter of “The Counties Act, 1908,” and “The
Public Works Act, 1908.”

N OTICE is hereby given that the Southland County
Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-
mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, to wit, the
construction of a road through Sections 7, 9A, 9B, 18, 21, and
30, Block 12, Invercargill Hundred, Southland County, and
for the purposes of such public work the lands described in
the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is
further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken
is deposited in the offices of the Southland County Council,
in Clyde Street, Invercargill, and is there open for inspection.
And notice is also given that all persons affected by the
execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said
land shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the
execution of the said public work or to the taking of such
land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing,
within forty days from the first publication of this notice,
to the Southland County Council, Clyde Street, Invercargill,
aforesaid.

Re the matter of “The Companies Act, 1908”; and in the
matter of the Granite Brick Company of Wellington
(Limited).

N OTICE is hereby given that the following resolution
was passed at a general meeting of shareholders of
the above-named company, held at Christchurch on the 7th
day of July, 1909:—

“That the Granite Brick Company of Wellington (Limited)
be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. WALTER J. MOORE
be appointed Liquidator.”

And that the said resolution was duly confirmed at a meet-
ing called for that purpose on the 22nd day of July, 1909.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

T HE Partnership which has for some time past been
carried on by JAMES WALLACH and FRED. PENNINGTON,
under the firm of “Wallach and Pennington,” at Opunake,
in the trade or business of Plumbers and Tinsmiths, has
been dissolved by mutual consent.

The business will be carried on by Mr. Wallach, to whom
all debts owing to the firm must be paid.
