SCHEDULE.
Mataroa Domain, Wanganui County.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 1 to 6 and 16, Suburbs of Mataroa. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 15, towards the north-east by a public road, towards the south-east by Murray’s Track, and towards the west by Section No. 3, Block XVI, Maungakaretu Survey District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1260, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of July, 1909.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be the Domain Board having, subject to the said Act, control of any public domain:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE WHAREORA ROAD BOARD
to be the Parahaki Domain Board, having the control of the domain described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the eleventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nine, at eleven o’clock a.m., as the time when, and the County Council Office, Whangarei, as the place where, the first meeting of Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
Parahaki Domain, Whangarei County.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being the western and part of the eastern portions of Allotment 17 of the Parish of Parahaki, containing by admeasurement 25 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-west by a road 100 links wide, 152, 152·6, 236·3, 309·1, 253·5, 147·7, 309·6 links; towards the east and north by part of eastern portion of Allotment 17 aforesaid (quarry reserve), 416·7 and 1195·6 links; towards the east again by a road 100 links wide, 1175·9 links; towards the south generally by a road 100 links wide, 705, 404, 647, 287, 1900 links; and towards the west generally by a road reserve, 100 links wide, along the bank of the Hatea (or Whangarei) Stream: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1249, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, being the northern part of Allotment 17 of Parahaki Parish, containing by admeasurement 19 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-west by Allotment 18 of the aforesaid parish, 2138·2 links; towards the east and south generally by a road 100 links wide, 132·1, 200·3, 239·7, 246·5, 271·1, 162·8, 178·5, 24·2, 269·1, 240·6, 366·4, 163·8, 245·9, 341·2, 257·6, 94·7 links; towards the west generally by the Hatea Stream: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less:
as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1249a, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

Recreation Reserve in Taranaki Land District brought under Part II of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.”
PLUNKET, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of July, 1909.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of Rotokare (Ngaiere) Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 44 acres, more or less, being Rotokare Lake, situated in Block XII, Ngaiere Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1113, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of July, 1909.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Westland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as Paroa Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
Paroa Domain.
ALL that area in Grey County, Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres and 6 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 1061, Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a residence-area, 400 links; towards the east by Kumara-Greymouth Road, 760 links; towards the south by a road, 400 links; and towards the west by Beach Road, 760 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5277/1b, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
