Grey Survey District, Kowai Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred
by section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William
Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners and
mortgagees of the lands mentioned in the First Schedule
hereto, and of the Kowai Road Board, being the local
authority in whose district the said lands are situated,
proclaim as a road the lands in Grey Survey District
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby,
with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not
required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.

coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office
of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the
Wellington Land District.

Commander of the Most Distinguished Order
of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight
Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Go-
vernor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Dominion, at the Government House, at
Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of June, in
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and nine.

ERRATA.—In the Order in Council published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 8th day of April, 1909, page 965, in
terms of “The Land Titles Protection Act, 1908,” consenting to an application to the Chief Judge of the Native
Land Court in pursuance of section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” for the words “one thousand nine hundred
and eight,” in lines 2 and 3, read “one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight.”
In the notice of the acceptance of the services of “The Neil Road Defence Rifle Club,” published in New Zealand
Gazette No. 47, of 10th June, 1909, page 1558, for the words “Headquarters at Motu,” read “Headquarters at Matawai,”
