NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the New Zealand Diamond Sign Company (Limited) held at No. 33 Panama Street, Wellington, on the 10th day of June, 1909, the following resolution was duly passed:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Lawrence Godwin Porter be appointed Liquidator.”

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered offices of the company, Victoria Street, Wellington, on the fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nine, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“That it is proved to its satisfaction that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same voluntarily; and that Mr. Henry Ivory, Accountant, Lambton Quay, Wellington, to be appointed Liquidator to wind up same.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between George Parkin and George Arthur Betts, carrying on business as Builders and Contractors in the City of Wellington, under the style or firm-name of “Parkin and Bett,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the date hereof. All accounts owing to the late firm shall be paid to the said George Parkin, who will discharge all liabilities owing by the firm.

I, Percival Douglas Cameron, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, Edinburgh, 1907, and Doctor of Medicine, Edinburgh, 1908, and now residing in Dunedin, Otago, do hereby give notice that I intend to apply on the 14th day of July, 1909, to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualifications at the office of the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between Herbert Noble and Harry Robinson, carrying on business at Christchurch as Machinists and Woodcarvers, under the style or firm of “Noble and Robinson,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of May, 1909. The business will in future be carried on by Mr. Noble, at 217 Tuam Street, Christchurch, and all moneys owing to the partnership must be paid to him.
