Bounded towards the north generally by the western portion of Puhipuhi 4A No. 1 Block and Crown land, towards the south-east by Pupipuhi 4A No. 4A Block, towards the south-west generally by the Waiotu Stream, and towards the west generally by Crown land.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 91 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, situated in the Purua Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Whatitiri No. 13H Block. Bounded towards the east by a road, towards the south by Section 1, Block XIII, Purua Survey District, and towards the north-west generally by Section 1, Block XIII, Purua Survey District, Whatitiri Nos. 13M, 2, 4, and 13G Blocks.
All those parcels of land, in two pieces, together containing by admeasurement 245 acres 2 roods 36 perches, more or less, situated in the Purua Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Whatitiri No. 13Z No. 5 Block. The western portion being bounded towards the north-east generally by Whatitiri No. 13Y No. 1 Block, a road, Whatitiri No. 13Z No. 3 Block, and the road aforesaid; towards the east generally by Whatitiri Nos. 13Z No. 6 and 13Z No. 9 Blocks; towards the south by Whatitiri No. 13Z No. 4 Block; and towards the west by Whatitiri No. 13Z No. 1 Block (Crown land). The eastern portion being bounded towards the north by Whatitiri Nos. 13Z No. 6 and 13Z No. 9 Blocks, towards the west by the eastern portion of Whatitiri No. 13Z No. 1 Block, towards the south by Whatitiri No. 1 Block, and towards the south-west by a road.

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of “The Native Land Settlement Act, 1907.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of June, 1909.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section four of “The Native Land Settlement Act, 1907,” it is enacted that, when and as often as the Commission referred to therein has reported to the Governor that any Native land is not required for occupation by the Maori owners, and is available for sale or leasing, it shall be lawful for the Governor by Order in Council to declare that such land shall be subject to Part I of the said Act as from the date of such Order, and the same shall thereupon become, and at all times thereafter remain, subject to the said Part I of the said Act accordingly:
And whereas the said Commission has reported that the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto is not required for occupation by the Maori owners, and is available for sale or leasing:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers in this behalf vested in him by the aforesaid section four, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby declare that the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date of this Order, be subject to Part I of “The Native Land Settlement Act, 1907.”
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 3,897 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, situated in the Tuhua Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 52F. Bounded towards the north by Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 56, towards the east by Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 52E, towards the south-east by Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 52C, towards the south-west by Rangitoto-Tuhua Nos. 55B and 55A, and towards the west by the Ongarue River.

To all to whom these presents shall come, and to James Frederick Arnold, Esquire, M.P., of Dunedin; William Henry Peter Barber, Esquire, of Wellington; Samuel Isaac Clarke, Esquire, of Auckland; Hon. Thomas Young Duncan, M.P., of Oamaru; Henry George Ell, Esquire, M.P., of Christchurch; William Hughes Field, Esquire, M.P., of Wellington; Josiah Alfred Hanan, Esquire, M.P., of Invercargill; William Thomas Jennings, Esquire, M.P., of New Plymouth; William Brack Leyland, Esquire, of Auckland; Francis Mander, Esquire, M.P., of Whangarei; William Morris, Esquire, of Greymouth; and John Stallworthy, Esquire, M.P., of Dargaville: Greeting.
WHEREAS by a commission bearing date the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and nine, you, the said

were appointed to be Commissioners, with the powers mentioned therein, for the purpose of making inquiry into matters affecting the timber and timber-building industries:
And whereas by the said commission you were directed and required to transmit to me your report and recommendations in respect to the several matters inquired into not later than the thirty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nine:
And whereas the time within which you were required to report was extended to the tenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nine:
And whereas it is expedient that the said period should be further extended as hereinafter provided:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, and in exercise and pursuance of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, do hereby further extend the period within which you shall, using all diligence, report to me to the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nine.
And with the like advice and consent, and in further pursuance of the said power and authority, I hereby confirm the said commission, except as altered by these presents.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eleventh day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine.
