District, Patea County, to be a District Road.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh
day of June, 1909.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him
by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of all other
powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His
Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare
that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, be a district road.

SCHEDULE.

OKOTOKA ROAD.

ALL that portion of road in the Waitara Road District, Patea
County, Taranaki Land District, known as the Okotoka
Road: commencing at the junction with the Skeet Road,
Block XVIII, Orepuki Survey District; and running along
Road: commencing at the junction with the Skeet Road,
Block XVIII, Orepuki Survey District; and running along
the eastern boundary of the said Block XVIII, a distance of
about 45 chains, as the said road is more particularly de
lineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 24765, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in
the Wellington Land District, and coloured red thereon.

Declaring Part of Carrington Road, in the Waitomo Road
District, to be a District Road.

Waitomo Road District: commencing at the junction with
Kapuni Stream, and running through Sections 10 and 11,
Cape Survey District, to the road from Whiti, the road, as
originally surveyed, being 10 chains, more or less, along Section 10, more
or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 24765, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District, and coloured red thereon.

that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, be a district road.

SCHEDULE.

CARRINGTON ROAD.

ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District,
Waitomo Road District: commencing at the point from
which the road, as originally surveyed, was taken, and
running through Subdivision 1, Block X, Cape Survey
District, to a distance of 14 chains; thence a distance of 70
chains, more or less, as the said road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 24765, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in
the Wellington Land District, and coloured red thereon.

Declaring Roads in the Mackenzie County District to be Town
ship Roads.

PLUNKET, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh
day of June, 1909.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him
by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of all other
powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His Excel
lency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and
declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, be town
district roads.

SCHEDULE.

ROADS.

WARD Street, being all that portion of road in the Mackenzie
Road District, situate at Albury, and forming a locality
County, commencing at the north-west corner of Recreation
Reserve 174, Albury Survey District, Block III, Albury
Survey District, and extending generally in an easterly
direction, and communicating with the Main Road, to Hall
Street, being a distance of 4 chains, or thereabouts.

CATHCART ROAD.

Also Cathcart Street, being all that portion of road in the
Mackenzie Road District, situate at Albury, and forming a
Cheviot County, commencing at the south-west corner of
Recreation Reserve 174, Albury Survey District, Block III,
Albury District, and extending generally in an easterly
direction, and communicating with the road, Ward Street,
being a distance of 6 chains, or thereabouts.

SEDGE STREET.

Also Seddon Street, being all that portion of road in the
Mackenzie Road District, situate at Albury, and forming a
Cheviot County, commencing at a line drawn diagonally
from the south-east corner of Section 7 to the north-west
corner of Section 6, and running between Section 6 and
Block VII, Cheviot Survey District, and extending generally
in an easterly direction, and communicating with Seddon, and
of the Woolshed Stream, being a distance of 57 chains, or
thereabouts.
