Land proclaimed as a Road in Block I, Arapawa Survey District, Sounds County.

A P R O C L A M A T I O N .

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the lessee of the Crown land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, proclaim as a road the land in Arapawa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Approximate Area of the Parcel of Land hereby proclaimed as a Road. Being Portion of Section No. Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 0 0 24 9 I Arapawa P.W.D. 24744 Red.

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this tenth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Southland County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Lindhurst Hundred described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner and of the mortgagees of the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waimea County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands in Tadmor Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three, (a), of “The Public Works Act, 1908,” it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped until the consent thereto of the Governor by Order in Council gazetted is obtained:

And whereas the Patangata County Council has applied for such consent in respect to the roads described in the Schedule hereto :
