Commencing in Cockburn's Gully just where the gully comes off hill on to Hercules Flat, running thence in a southerly direction through land occupied by Walter Cockburn, about 7 chains; thence by culvert, 7 ft. wide and 3 ft. high, across main road, Roxburgh to Anderson's Flat, to head of old mining cut just below Hand's garden; thence by said cut and old working to the Molyneux River.
Length and intended course of race: 40 chains; east to west.
Mean depth and breadth: 3 ft. by 10 ft. on top and 7 ft. on bottom.
Proposed term of license: Forty-two years.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1908,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the company’s registered office, 91A Princes Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 11th day of June, 1909, at 5.15 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.
