THE NEW DART GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary
general meeting of the New Dart Gold-mining Com-
pany (Limited), duly convened, and held at No. 109 Vic-
toria Arcade, Auckland, on the 5th day of April, 1909, the
subjoined resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent
extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also
duly convened, and held at the same place on the 19th
day of April, 1909, the subjoined resolution was duly con-
firmed, viz. :—
“ That the New Dart Gold-mining Company (Limited)
be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘ The Mining
Companies Act, 1904.’ ”
And at the last above-named meeting CHARLES FRANKLIN
SANDERS was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such
winding-up.

THE LONE STAR DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
A MEETING of shareholders in the company will be
held at my office, 37 Bond Street, Dunedin, on Mon-
day, the 17th May, 1909, at 4.30 p.m., when the following
resolutions will be submitted :—

“ That the accounts presented to this meeting by the
Liquidator, showing the manner in which the liquidation
has been conducted and the property of the company dis-
posed of, be received and adopted.” -
“ That the books, accounts, and documents of the
company, and of the Liquidator thereof, be retained by the
Liquidator for a period of three months from date, and then
destroyed.”
