A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners and mortgagees of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and of the Wairoa Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as taken for a road the lands in Opaheke and Wairoa Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

Lands taken for a Road in Block X, Okuru Survey District, Westland County.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, under “The Public Works Act, 1908,” for a certain work, to wit, for the purposes of a road in Okuru Survey District:

And whereas agreements have been entered into with the owners of the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto to take such lands for the public work hereinafter set forth:

And whereas plans have been prepared, and the Minister has recommended the Governor to issue a Proclamation taking the lands, as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, and being satisfied of the sufficiency of the agreements hereinbefore referred to, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the purpose of a road.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under “The Public Works Act, 1908,” for the purposes of a rifle range:

And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by “The Public Works Act, 1908,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a rifle range as aforesaid; and it is hereby declared that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nine.
