A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a re-entry by PIRIHIRA TAMIHANA as lessor under Memorandum of Lease No. 2801, affecting Native Land Court subdivision Kahukura No. 2A, comprised in order of the Native Court registered No. 2098, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Register-book, Vol. 115, folio 192, of which WILLIAM ROBERT FRANKLIN is the registered lessee, I hereby give notice that I will register the re-entry as requested unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 15th day of February, 1909.
