NOTICE having been lodged with me by Rangipaiā Ngamare, of Te Namu, Opunake, that she has taken Hunanga Hohaia, a child of Hohaia Tuwhakararo and Rangimoeke, to be her adopted child, and a certificate by a Judge of the Native Land Court, as required by Regulation No. 6, having been received, it is hereby notified that the said notice of adoption has been duly filed and registered.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections of the Waipaoa No. 5 and Ohinepoutea Blocks will be reoffered for lease by public tender at greatly reduced upset annual rentals.

The Ohinepoutea Block is situated in the Raukumara East and Mangaoporo Survey Districts, Waiapu County, and is distant about eighteen miles from Tuparoa.

Tenders will be received by me up till 4 p.m. on Wednesday, the 12th day of May, 1909.

Posters and plans giving full particulars may be obtained from the office of the Board, or can be seen at any post-office in the district.
