NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Tokomaru Bay on the 28th day of April, 1909, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

Petition for Incorporation by the Owners of the Puninga No. 10 Block.
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and its amendments, and of the petition for incorporation by the owners of Puninga No. 10 Block. At a sitting of the Court held at Gisborne, before Robert Noble Jones, Judge, and Hapi Kiniha, Assessor, on Friday, the 26th day of March, 1909.
UPON reading the petition for incorporation lodged herein, and upon hearing the petitioners, and the evidence adduced on their behalf, and the Court being satisfied of the consent of the majority of the owners of the said Puninga No. 10 Block, and that such block can be dealt with to the advantage of the owners thereof by being incorporated as hereinafter appearing, it is ordered that the owners whose names are set out in the Schedule hereunder written shall be and the same are hereby constituted a body corporate within the meaning of section 122 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” by the name of “The Proprietors, Puninga No. 10 Block,” subject to the powers, liabilities, and incidents conferred or imposed by the said Act or any amendments thereof. The land contains 256 acres, and is bounded as follows: Towards the north by Puninga No. 8 Block, towards the east by Puninga No. 11 Block, towards the south by Puninga No. 2 Block, and towards the west by Puninga No. 9 Block.
And it is hereby ordered and directed that a general meeting of the proprietors of the said block shall be held at Muriwai on Saturday, the 1st day of May, 1909, at the hour of 7 o’clock in the evening, for the purpose of nominating a committee to administer the land, and fixing the number of its members.
