the care and management of the Switzers Commonage, in
accordance with the rules and regulations of the 10th June,
1897, in the place of Richard Monaghan, who has resigned,
and Patrick O'Reilly, William James Moffitt, and Roderick
McIvor, who retired in accordance with the said rules and
regulations; to act in conjunction with James Handyside,
Edward Dennis, and William Francis Boyer, previously
appointed.
