Council, the Blenheim Borough Council, the Omaka Road Board, and the Wairau Road Board shall be paid from time to time respectively in the proportions hereinbefore prescribed out of the funds of the said Road Boards and Borough Councils, and all such payments shall be made from time to time to the Clerk of the Spring Creek Road Board for and on account of such Road Board.

SCHEDULE.

THAT bridge in the Marlborough Land District, Marlborough County, situated across the Wairau River on the main road from Blenheim to Tuamarina; as the site of the said bridge is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 1327, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
