Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Marlborough Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for railway purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 27 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section No. 26, Block III, Cloudy Bay Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 42, 1083 links; towards the east generally by the Tuamarina River and by Section No. 17A, 2229·5 and 200 links; towards the south by Sections Nos. 13 and 20, 269·3, 458·1, and 734·4 links; towards the west by Section No. 20, 100 links; again towards the north by Sections Nos. 20 and 13, 734·4 and 608·1 links; and again towards the west generally by Section No. 13, Block III aforesaid, 822·2, 908·6, and 3625·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 7240/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
All that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres and 12 perches, more or less, being Section No. 16, Block VII, Cloudy Bay Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road, 520 and 300 links; towards the east by the Tuamarina River; towards the south by Section No. 11, 320 links; and towards the west by Section No. 71, Block VII aforesaid, 1126·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 7240/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
All that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 14 perches, more or less, being Section No. 25, Block III, Cloudy Bay Survey District. Bounded towards the east by Section No. 42, 2136 links; and towards the west generally by a public road, 2200 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 7240/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
All that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 35 acres and 16 perches, more or less, being Section No. 27, Block III, and Section No. 15, Block VII, Cloudy Bay Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 17A, Block III, Cloudy Bay Survey District, 499·7 links; towards the east generally by a public road, 604·2, 634, 303·5, and 1523·1 links, by Section No. 14, Block VII, Cloudy Bay Survey District aforesaid, and by Crown land, 645, 2051, 537·9, 1357, and 2219 links; towards the south-east by railway reserve, 440 links; and towards the west generally by Section No. 71, Block VII, 863·8, 1300·7, 805·1, 965·6, 897·9, and 402·5 links, and by Section No. 13, Block III, of said district, 676·7, 854·1, 2128·3, and 1209·3 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 7240/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Land temporarily reserved for a Site for a Post-office in the Southland Land District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of “The Land Act, 1908,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 48, Block VII, Oteramika Hundred. Bounded towards the east by Gorge Road and the Seaward Bush Railway Reserve, towards the south-east by the said Seaward Bush Railway Reserve, and towards the south-west and north-west by Section No. 18, Block VII, Oteramika Hundred as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5911/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this second day of April, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 17 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 1060, Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a residence-area, 377·4 links; towards the east by Kumara-Greymouth Road, 523 links; towards the south by a residence-area, 209·7 links; towards the west by Beach Road, 431·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5277/1A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink. For gravel purposes.
All that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres and 6 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 1061, Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a residence-area, 400 links; towards the east by Kumara-Greymouth Road, 760 links; towards the south by a road, 400 links; towards the west by Beach Road, 760 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5277/1B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink. For a public recreation-ground.
All that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 26·9 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 1062, Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a road, 227·3 links; towards the east by Kumara-Greymouth Road, 440 links; towards the south by Crown land, 227·3 links; towards the west by Beach Road, 440 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5277/1C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink. For gravel purposes.
All that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 5 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 1063, Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a residence-area, 170 links; towards the east by Kumara-Greymouth Road, 319·2 links; towards the south by a residence-area, 170 links; towards the west by Beach Road, 319·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5277/1D, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
