NOTICE is hereby given that C. GREATREX AND SON
(LIMITED), a company incorporated outside New Zealand,
proposes to carry on business in New Zealand at Wellington,
and that the situation and locality of the office of
the said C. Greatrex and Son (Limited) is at No. 39 Lower
Cuba Street, Wellington.

THE APITI SAWN TIMBER COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary
general meeting of the shareholders of the Apiti
Sawn Timber Company (Limited) held at Apiti on Wednesday,
the 24th day of March, 1909, at the hour of noon,
the following resolution was passed:—
"That the Apiti Sawn Timber Company (Limited) be
wound up voluntarily."

NOTICE is hereby given that at the annual general
meeting of the shareholders held on the 19th day of
March, 1909, at the company's office, Room 11, Australasia
Chambers, Customhouse Quay, Wellington, the following
extraordinary resolution was passed :—
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting
that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up
the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up
voluntarily; that Mr. R. WILBERFOSS be and is hereby
appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up."

NOTICE is hereby given that, by resolution passed on
the 1st day of March, 1909, and confirmed on the

SPECIAL ORDER MADE BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
BOROUGH OF ONSLOW.
THE following special order, made by the Onslow
Borough Council, is published in accordance with
the provisions of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908":—
ONSMOW BOROUGH COUNCIL.
Special Order wholly redividing the Borough and naming
Wards.
RESOLVED (by way of special order) that the Borough of
Onslow be wholly redivided into three wards, with the
names and boundaries as follows, that is to say,—
KHANDALLAH WARD.
All that portion of the Borough of Onslow bounded towards
the north by the north side of the Old Ohariu Road from
the south-eastern corner of Section No. 91, Ohariu District,
to a point in line with the north-western boundary-
line of Section No. 94, Ohariu District; thence towards
the south-east by a right line across the Old Ohariu Road to
the northernmost corner of the said Section No. 94; thence
by a right line to the southernmost corner of the said Section
No. 94; thence towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 95 and
107, Ohariu District, to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned
section; thence towards the north-west by the said
Section No. 107 to the westernmost corner of Section No. 6,
Porirua District; thence again towards the north-east by the
said Section No. 6 to and across the Porirua Road to the eastern
side of that road; thence towards the east generally by the
eastern side of the said Porirua Road to the Wellington and
Manawatu
Railway land in Section No. 5, Porirua District; thence by
the north-eastern and south-eastern boundary-lines of the said
railway land to Section No. 4, Porirua District; thence
again towards the north-east by the said Section No. 5,
Porirua District, to Section No. 7, Harbour District;
thence towards the south-east by Sections Nos. 7 and 6,
Harbour District, to the most westerly point of Section No. 6;
thence by the eastern side of Alexandra Road to the most
westerly point of Lot 15, Depcsited Plan No. 1522, Land
Transfer Office; thence by the Victoria Road to its intersection
with the western boundary of Section No. 5, Harbour
District; thence towards the south-east by parts of Sections
Nos. 5 and 4, Harbour District, to the most southern point
of Section 1, Porirua District; thence towards the south-west
by Section No. 4A, Porirua District; thence towards the
south-east by the said Section No. 4A; thence towards the south - west by Section No. 9, Kaiwarra
District; thence by a right line to the southernmost corner
of Section No. 90, Ohariu District; thence by the said
Section No. 90 to its north-eastern corner; and thence by a
right line to the south-eastern corner of Section No. 91,
Ohariu aforesaid.
NGAIO WARD.
All that portion of the Borough of Onslow bounded towards
the north-east generally by North Ward hereinbefore described;
thence towards the south-east by Sections Nos. 4 and 3 and
part of 2, Harbour District, to the southern boundary of the
Old Porirua Road; thence by the north-east boundary of the
Magazine Reserve continued in a right line to the Kaiwarra
Stream; towards the south and south-west generally by that
stream to the north-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 8,
Kaiwarra District; thence by that section and the south-western
boundary-line of Section No. 7, Kaiwarra District; and
towards the north-west generally by Section No. 11, Kaiwarra
District, and Section No. 128, Ohariu District, to the
northernmost corner of Section No. 9, Kaiwarra District.
KAIWARRA WARD.
All that portion of the Borough of Onslow bounded towards
the north-east by Section No. 7, Harbour District, and the
production of the south-western boundary-line thereof to
Wellington Harbour as existing at the time of the constitution
of the Borough of Onslow; thence towards the east by
Wellington Harbour as so existing to a point in line with
the north-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 2, Harbour
District; thence towards the south-west generally by a right
line to the easternmost corner of that section; thence by
the said Section No. 2 and the Kaiwarra Stream; and
towards the north-west generally by the West and North
Wards hereinbefore described.
The common seal of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses
of the Borough of Onslow was hereto affixed in the presence of—

I hereby certify that the foregoing special order was duly
adopted at a special meeting of the Onslow Borough Council
held on the 1st day of February, 1909, and was duly
confirmed at a special meeting of the said Council held on the
3rd day of March, 1909.

I, SAMUEL DE ATH WESTON, heretofore called and
known by the name of Samuel De Ath, of Auckland,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Dominion of
New Zealand, Surveyor, hereby give public notice that on
the 18th day of March, 1909, I formally and absolutely
renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use of my said
name of De Ath as a surname, and then assumed and adopted,
and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever
to use and subscribe, the surname of Weston instead of the
said surname of De Ath, and then assumed and adopted the
said name of De Ath as my second Christian name.
And I give further notice that by a deed poll dated the
18th day of March, 1909, duly executed and attested and
enrolled in the Supreme Court of New Zealand in its
Northern District at Auckland, I formally and absolutely
renounced and abandoned the said surname of De Ath as a
surname, and declared that I had assumed and adopted, and
intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use
and subscribe, the name of Weston instead of De Ath, and
that I had assumed and adopted the said name of De Ath as
